Al Washuzan Highland Park di Okayama, in Giappone, c’è quello che fa per voi.
Una montagna russa a pedali, per esempio..
Il parco divertimenti, completamente ecologico e autosufficiente, ha costruito questa nuova attrazione – si chiama Skycycle – che non funziona né a motore né con alcun congegno idraulico, l’unica forza che viene sfruttata è quella delle persone stesse, che si mettono alla guida di una sorta di risciò.
Non si andrà veloce come sulle montagne russe ordinarie, ma l’adrenalina non manca, considerato che si passa a pochi centimetri da uno strapiombo e l’unica forma di sicurezza è una banale cintura..
Se poi questo non fa per voi, la città di Okayama ospita uno dei tre più famosi giardini del Giappone: il Korakuen.
Edificato all’inizio del XVIII secolo, utilizza una tecnica di inserimento di elementi esterni nel panorama del giardino in modo tale che sembrino farne parte. Ad esempio il castello di Okayama fa da sfondo ad uno scorcio del giardino.

The amusement park, completely ecological and self-sufficient, has built this new attraction – it’s called Skycycle – which does not work either with the engine or with any hydraulic device, the only force that is exploited is that of the people themselves, who drive a sort of rickshaw.
You will not go as fast as on ordinary roller coaster, but the adrenaline is not lacking, considering that you go a few centimeters from an overhang and the only form of security is a common belt ..
If this doesn’t suits you, the city hosts one of the three most famous gardens in Japan: the Korakuen.
Built at the beginning of the 18th century, it uses a technique of inserting external elements into the garden landscape in such a way that they appear to be part of it. For example, the Okayama castle serves as a background to a glimpse of the garden.
