Partirà il prossimo 5 novembre l’importante progetto, patrocinato da T E L A, che mira a formare figure altamente specializzate da inserire nel mondo del lavoro artigiano, fiore all’occhiello dell’economia italiana.

Sarà il corso di sartoria a dare vita all’International Craftsmanship Institute, un piano di lavoro ideato da L’eleganza del gusto con la collaborazione di importanti partner come l’Upsa Confartigianato Bari, che per l’occasione aprirà le porte dei suoi laboratori, per ospitare le lezioni pratiche all’interno del suo moderno padiglione presente in Fiera del Levante, a Bari.
Il corso di sartoria sarà una full immersion indispensabile per entrare da subito nel mondo del lavoro e garantirà il raggiungimento delle competenze al termine dell’intero percorso.
“Per dieci giorni i corsisti saranno totalmente assorbiti dal lavoro di bottega e riceveranno nozioni di fondamentale importanza, che custodiranno per tutta la vita a garanzia del loro futuro professionale. – Spiega Umberto Cataldo De Pace (Presidente de L’eleganza del gusto) – Al termine delle 60 ore di lezione e dopo aver superato l’esame finale, saranno in grado di realizzare, tra le altre cose, il punto a mano, gli orli, gli occhielli, le riparazioni sartoriali e la costruzione del tracciato base per l’abito su misura. Chi è all’interno di questo settore, sa benissimo quanto sia difficile reperire personale specializzato che abbia queste competenze; con questo corso di sartoria daremo una mano ai corsisti nel trovare un lavoro soddisfacente e prestigioso, ed alle aziende a trovare personale competente, facendo da tramite tra le parti.”
UN MASTER TAILOR PER LA FORMAZIONE
La formazione dei corsisti sarà affidata ad Enzo Carfora della Sartoria Carfora di Caserta. A soli 30 anni, Carfora ha già formato decine e decine di sarti in tutto il mondo e tutt’oggi porta avanti la sua sartoria con dipendenti di gran lunga più anziani di lui.
Il master tailor Enzo Carfora guiderà il corso di sartoria con un approccio orientato al corsista ed al mercato del lavoro e, dato il numero limitato di partecipanti in aula (il corso di sartoria sarà riservato a sole 10 persone, ndr), svolgerà una vera e propria funzione di tutor ad personam, seguendo passo dopo passo ogni singolo dettaglio di lavorazione svolto.

It will be the tailoring course that will give life to the International Craftsmanship Institute, a work plan conceived by L’eleganza del gusto with the collaboration of important partners such as the Upsa Confartigianato Bari, which will open the doors of its laboratories to host practical lessons in its modern pavilion located inside the Fiera del Levante, in the marvelous city of Bari, Puglia, the region called the most beautiful in Italy.
The tailoring course will be a full immersion essential to immediately enter the job industry and will ensure the achievement of skills at the end of the entire class.
“For ten days the trainees will be totally absorbed by the workshop life and will receive notions of fundamental importance, which they will cherish throughout their lives to guarantee their professional future. – Explains Umberto Cataldo De Pace (President of L’eleganza del gusto) – At the end of the 60 hours of lessons and after passing the final exam, they will be able to make, among other things, the hand stiching, the buttonholes, “barchetta pocket”, “spalla a camicia”, 
sartorial repairs and the construction of the basic layout for the bespoke suit. Who is inside this industry, knows very well how difficult it is to find specialized personnel who have these skills; with this tailoring course we will give the trainees a hand in finding a satisfying and prestigious job, and to the companies to find competent staff, acting as intermediary between the parties.”
A MASTER TAILOR AS TUTOR
The training of the students will be entrusted to Enzo Carfora of the Sartoria Carfora of Caserta. At just 30, Carfora has already trained dozens of tailors around the world and still carries on his workshop with employees far older than him.
The master tailor Enzo Carfora will lead the tailoring course with an approach oriented to the student and the job market and, given the limited number of participants in the classroom (the tailoring course will be reserved for only 10 people, ed), will play a real function as an ad personam tutor, following step by step every single detail of work done.
